The Arts on Ridge festival will celebrate its third year of highlighting art, local businesses, and community pride in Lackawanna.
Managed by the Lackawanna Chamber of Commerce and organized by a group of community stakeholders, Arts on Ridge continues to promise a celebration of art, community diversity and local businesses.
