Salvatore’s Italian Gardens will create an exclusive, fresh and imaginative dining experience inside the Botanical Gardens. Salvatore’s Chef will thoughtfully construct an all-inclusive specific menu for each week. Guests can enjoy fresh and imaginative dishes and drinks at tables located among the tropical surroundings for guests to relax and enjoy their experience. Menus will be available in advance. Pre-paid reservations include the pre-set meal for that week taxes and gratuity. Beer and wine will be priced separately and can be selected and purchased at your table. Due to the exclusivity of this experience, reservations must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance at SalvatoresHospitality.com, or by phone at 635.9000.

Guests are invited to join a free mini-tour that will be offered twice per dining event. These small group tours are on a walk-up basis, each capping at 12 participants. No pre-registration is required but a first-come, first serve sign-in will be available at the Admission Desk. The two tours will start at approximately 5pm and 6:30pm each evening. All participants should meet in the center of the Palm Dome for the start of their tour.

A Garden Bar featuring handpicked wines, bubbles and craft beers will also be open from 4:30-8:30pm for visitors to enjoy live music from Michael DiSanto, drinks and a relaxing stroll through the Botanical Gardens. Reservations are not needed for the Garden Bar. Join us for a creative date night or a place to escape with your family on a warm summer evening. Regular Botanical Gardens’ admission prices apply to enter the Garden Bar and Salvatore’s Secret Garden.

Access to the bar is included in regular admission to the Botanical Gardens; $11 for adults, $10 for seniors (62+) $9 students (13+), $6 for kids 3-12, Botanical Garden Members and kids two and under are free.
