Our intent is to provide quality information on craft booze establishments that our readers can use to plan their own boozy adventures.  The big goal is to showcase the uniqueness each business has to offer.

We want to provide both interesting and consistent content. In that light, we have chosen 5 questions to ask the artisans we visit. The questions will be dubbed "The Five".

Our blog delivers searchable content on everywhere we visit so you can learn pertinent information before you go. Future goals include providing full booze-centric itineraries for both day and weekend trips as well as regional spotlights for each country we visit.

The bulk of our current writing will focus on the Western NY area as that is our current home base. Expect to also see blog posts about anywhere we road trip and vacation too! Our mission is to become location independent within the next 2 years and broaden our material to the whole world.
