What does Charles M Schultz, The Great Pumpkin, donuts with cider, and American Repertory Theater of WNY's newest performance location in Tonawanda have in common? A live theatrical performance of this beloved animator's timeless classic ITS THE GREAT PUMPKIN, CHARLIE BROWN!

For two nights only, American Repertory Theater of WNY will present a stage adaptation of Charles M Schultz's timeless classic Halloween animated TV special, ITS THE GREAT PUMPKIN, CHARLIE BROWN, at the Philip Sheridan Building, 3200 Elmwood Avenue, Tonawanda, NY 14217.

First aired on CBS in 1966, IT'S A GREAT PUMPKIN, CHARLIE BROWN has seen several generations follow Charles M Schultz's beloved Peanuts gang on the evening of Halloween. In this staged adaptation for theater, 'Linus' (played by Ayden Herreid) continues his vigil in a "sincere" pumpkin patch for the arrival by the 'Great Pumpkin'. He is joined by the puppy-love struck 'Sally' (played by Jenna Pilecki) in anticipation of seeing this mythical giver of toys to all good boys and girls on Halloween night. ART/WNY's production will also featured Charlie Brown (Parker Welling) with a bagful of rocks. 'Lucy' (portrayed by Carly Luksch) with all her charm, the World War One flying ace 'Snoop' (featuring Connor Law), with Madalyn Teal as 'Violet', Quinn McGillion as 'Pigpen', and Joe Russi as 'Franklin'. Underscoring music from the Vince Guaraldi Sextet is Justin Lackie (who portrays 'Schroeder').

This fun-filled evening for all members of the family runs two nights only, October 27th and October 28th. All showtimes are at 6:00pm with ticket prices starting at $15 General Admission, $10 for ages 3-10 and children under two are free.
