For forty-four years, Hallwalls has supported the creation and presentation of new work by artists of every ethnicity, age, and gender. In recognition of this legacy, for the past four years, Hallwalls has presented an annual auction of approximately forty internationally and regionally acclaimed artists. That auction returns on May 30, 2019. Every artwork is to be auctioned live.

Auction tickets are $50 each or 2 for $90, tickets are available on line at hallwalls.org or by calling Hallwalls at 716-854-1694.

Donating artists include Bruce Adams, Rebecca Aloisio, Nando Alvarez, Alan Belcher, Shary Boyle, Kathe Burkhart, Charles Clough, Josh Dorman, Marion Faller, Erin Finley, AJ Fries, Pam Glick, Robert Hengeveld, Biff Henrich, Janet Henry, Jed Jackson, Richard Kern, David Kramer, Katherine Kuharic, Heather Layton, Robert Longo, OGRE, Joseph Piccillo, Joshua Reiman, Reinhard Reizenstein, Aura Rosenberg, Christy Rupp, Kurt Von Voetsch and Adam Weekley.

Doors open at 7 p.m. for registration and an hour-long preview of the artworks; the auction begins promptly at 8 pm. Artworks are also on the Hallwalls website. Auctioneer Christopher Mahoney from the Phillips Auction House is returning to Buffalo for AHA!

The open bar includes signature cocktails, champagne, wine, and beer. Hearty hors d'oeuvres are available throughout the event, and ABC DJ is spinning tunes before and after the live auction.
