Why do some people love hot weather and others hate it? How come some people can devour spicy foods and others can’t tolerate it?  How come some people love to be active and others prefer to be chilling and relaxing?  How come we each tolerate certain types of people better than others? Ayurveda says it is because each of us is, by nature, one of three doshas- Vata, Pitta, or Kapha.  Ayurveda, the ancient medical system from ancient India, is seeing a huge rise in popularity in the west.  Translating to “life knowledge” -ayurveda can help us understand who we are and what kind of a lifestyle will keep us healthy, happy, and radiant.
