USTA Eastern’s Sets in the City Buffalo will begin on Friday, July 1 from 6 - 8 p.m. at Village Glen Tennis Club in Williamsville, N.Y. The social tennis league is for young adults to start or continue playing tennis in an exciting, yet relaxed atmosphere.

The cost is $60 per player for a six-match season. The cost also includes the facility fee, tennis balls, player t-shirts and gifts. All matches will be played on Friday nights.

“Sets in the City is a great opportunity for young adults to meet new people,” Samantha Chin, USTA Eastern’s manager of youth and adult programs said. “It’s a fun environment, where people of all tennis abilities are welcome.”

Sets in the City follows the World TeamTennis format, therefore each team match consists of: one women’s doubles, one men’s doubles, one women’s singles, one men’s singles and two mixed doubles. All players must be between 21 and 45 years old.
