A delicious farm fundraiser to benefit Dispenza's Meat Market and Slaughter House LLC. The family-operated business is an integral link in our region’s farm-to-table food chain and has just reopened after experiencing a devastating fire earlier this year.

Join chef Steven Gedra of The Black Sheep, Christa Glennie Seychew of Feed Your Soul / Nickel City Chef, Slow Food Buffalo, and Artisan Kitchens and Baths for our latest iteration of this food-forward, farm- and chef-driven event. Each participating chef will create a unique dish featuring a WNY ingredient sourced from a local farm.

Tickets are $40; all tickets are will call and will be held under the name of the purchaser at the front desk.You can find the link for tickets above.

As usual, our auction will be chockfull of killer food and drink-related items as well as one-of-a-kind offerings from local restaurants and businesses and a cash bar will be avaiable.
