11th annual Soup's On fundraiser for the rescue horses of Phoenix Rising Equine Rescue . $8.00 for all you can eat soup , goulash chili and more , drink and dessert . Pony rides will be available for the kids . Enjoy meeting all our rescues up close and personal . All proceeds go for the feeding and medical expenses of the rescues . No charge for admission .
