Lance Diamond Way street dedication at 1:00pm. The press conference is expected to last until 2:30pm at which time everyone is invited to GCR Audio at 564 Franklin Street for a photo exhibit and reception. Music is Art will announce plans for the Lance Diamond Memorial Scholarship.
