Investigative Post Editor Jim Heaney moderates a speaker panel that will include Jeremy Zellner, chairman of the Erie County Democratic Committee; Rebecca Newberry, executive director of the Clean Air Coalition of WNY ; and other speakers who will be added. The event takes place Wednesday, Feb. 10 at 7:00 p.m. at Allen Street Hardware Cafe.
