Steve Carmina discusses the importance of Downtown development and provides an insider's look into the redevelopment process. This Working For Downtown presentation by a Carmina Wood Morris partner will both inspire and educate by explaining the challenges presented by the scope of these projects and what it means to be involved in our city’s resurgence.

Part of Working For Downtown's monthly Buffalo Talks Speakers series held on the first Wednesday of the month from October through May at the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library. This event is free to the public. Attendees are welcome to bring their own lunch.

The purpose of the Buffalo Talks Speakers Series is to present timely subjects in an informal atmosphere, affording attendees a genuine interaction with the speakers. The series focuses on City and Downtown, with past series featuring Downtown Developers, Business Leaders, Waterfront Development, Cultural Heritage and Educational Leaders.

Free if you bring your own lunch. $10 (and reservations required) if you wish to purchase lunch.
