The Roycroft Campus Presents: The Arts & Craftsmen Guild

The Roycroft Campus is pleased to welcome back the Arts & Craftsmen Guild to The Neil and Barbara Chur Family Gallery for an art exhibit opening on November 17th featuring the work of select juried artists. This is the 2nd Annual exhibition to be held featuring Arts & Craftsmen Guild artists.
The Arts & Craftsmen Guild formed in May of 2015 and take great pride in their goals to: develop and preserve excellence in craftsmanship, support and establish a positive collaboration with the Roycroft Campus, provide educational benefits to members and the community, and promote the value of juried artists' work. The Guild consists of an array of artists from different mediums, and this year’s exhibition in the Chur Gallery will feature: Janice Castiglione – Felting, Patricia McDermott – Beaded Jewelry, Kim O’Sullivan – Wire Art Jewelry, Stephen Russ – Architectural Painting, Stacy Smith – Copper Wrapped Jewelry, Barbara Strzepka – Painted Porcelain, and John Thiesen – Furniture.
The Campus will host an opening reception for this exhibit on Friday, November 17th from 6 - 9 pm. This event is free and open to the public; guests will have an opportunity to meet the artists and enjoy light refreshments. The Arts & Craftsmen Guild’s exhibit will remain on display in the Chur Gallery through January 31, 2018.
The Neil and Barbara Chur Gallery is located in the Roycroft Power House, 39 South Grove St., East Aurora, NY 14052. The M&T Bank Visitor Center will also be open during this event and features exhibits and information on the Campus’ history.
