It's Labor Day weekend of course and your last chance to be fashionable in white! As you enjoy these final days of summer, here are the BuffaloVibe Editor's Picks for what to do and where to go:

SHOPPING
Everyone love a great sale and Labor Day is always a good excuse to spend a bit more than we should because of all the great deals. Big box department stores are sure to entice with 40-50% off All Bedding Sets and other magnificent bargains but take a look at your local home town retailers on Main Street, Elmwood, Hertel or wherever is close to home.

GOLF
The weather is still perfect for a round of golf, especially if you need an excuse to skip a fun day of shopping. There are a handful of public courses within city limits with rates around $15-$25 for 18-holes - Delaware Park, South Park, Cazenovia and Grover Cleveland Golf Course are all great courses for any skill level of golfer.

FAMILY FUN
This year the Buffalo Zoo celebrates Labor Day with coupons for $1 admissions. The event will feature a bounce house, activities, animal feedings and more! Also fun for the whole family is the annual Buffalo Wingfest on Saturday and Sunday at the Coca Cola Field.

ENTERTAINMENT
There is always a lot of great live entertainment in Buffalo and this weekend is no exception. Our entertainment picks for the weekend are :

ARTS & CULTURE
One of our faves this month - Ogre Hungry continues at Gallery 464 through the 8th of September, go check it out! On Saturday at 7pm is the premiere presentation of Cinematic Darkness with George Bagdasarov - new work made during a month-long residency at Squeaky Wheel. Also worth a mention is the New York Remembers exhibit at Burchfield Penney.
