The Buffalo resurgence is getting the nod in the strangest of places. We all know that Buffalo has great food, but Best Food Foward, an article by Liz Campbell in Foodservice Consultant, barely mentions Buffalo's culinary scene. Instead, Campbell waxes positvely poetic about -- well, about Buffalo, from Grant Street to Larkinville, with lots of stops in between.

The article showcases the "New Buffalo" on pages 74-77. It's a bit clumsy to scroll through, but well worth the read. Campbell captures the excitement and energy that suffuses our city, but strangely fails to focus on the great food.

Oh well. At least there is not a single mention of the ubiquitous wing. Thank you, Liz.
