Shea’s Smith Theatre, located adjacent to Shea’s Buffalo Theatre, offers various Off-Broadway and cabaret-style performances, comedy, and other shows, including collaborative productions with local artists and theatre companies.  With seating for approximately 200, Shea’s Smith Theatre is available for rental for various private and corporate events including pre-show and post-show parties and group lunch/dinner packages combined with a performance at Shea’s or the Smith Theatre.
