proudly presents

The Girl in the Washroom

Buffalo United Artists & First Look Buffalo Theatre Company in their first ever theatrical collaboration are proud to present, ‘The Girl in the Washroom’ by Bella Poynton and directed by Mike Doben.

In the chilling winter of 1965, after a violent brawl, in a New York City alleyway, Daisey and Stanley escape into a nearby hotel room for safety. What starts as a brief escape slowly turns into a night of eerie epiphanies and unexpected romance.

Fast forward to 2025, in the very same hotel room, Daphnie and Sage are the cute couple behind a hit ghost hunting YouTube channel. They’re chasing likes, followers and the next viral sensation, but as the night wears on, their relationship begins to unravel.

Past and present collide as the social media stars begin to discover what it costs to chase ghosts. Especially when the ghosts start to chase you.
