WILDE!
Adapted for stage by Constance Cox from Wilde’s 1890’s short story, Lord Arthur, a well-intentioned but slightly dim-witted member of the English peerage, is told by a mysterious palm-reader that he is destined to commit a murder. Eager to marry, he decides he must do the deed immediately; and with the aid of his trusty butler and an anarchist named Winkelkopf, he sets out to execute the perfect crime. “Wilde-ly” entertaining, witty and clever, this is Oscar Wilde at his very best.
