A rare opportunity to enjoy drawing and Jazz in the same space. Live Music & Live Art will showcase the musical talents of Joseph Pinnavaia and Vincent James Mastrantonio, while allowing artists to hone their skills in a group setting.

The Buffalo Society of Artists and the Carnegie Art Center present: Live Music & Live Art - a jazz performance by The Pinnavaia/Mastrantonio Duo and simultaneous sketch session by members of the BSA.

Artists who wish to attend are asked to please bring their own supplies. Drawing or water-based media are acceptable. An optional warm-up sketch session for BSA members will start at 6:30 PM.

Joseph Pinnavaia and Vincent James Mastrantonio formed a duo in the fall of 2012. Both were well known guitar players who wanted to try something "out of the box".   The result is a guitar duo that can perform anything from jazz standards to modern R & B with their own style coined as "Shred Jazz".
