Visit the La Cucina Galbani® Cooking Stage every day for delicious recipe ideas and demonstrations by local chefs from Buffalo’s favorite restaurants. Kids can compete in the Children’s Cheese Building Contests taking place every day at 2 p.m. and adults can enjoy Wine Tastings at 4 p.m. Galbani will also be handing out complimentary samples of a new Ricotta Banana Pudding recipe at its Galbani Sampling Booth where youcan spin the wheel for a chance to win a prize. For even more fun, dress up in fun props and take complimentary pictures in the Galbani “Say Cheese” Photo Booth to share and bring home as a souvenir photo.

Daily activities include Bocce ball Tournaments, Italian Idol, and Miss Italian Festival, as well as cultural heritage activities, cooking demonstrations, local entertainment, crafts, activities for kids, grape stomping contests, Sicilian puppet shows, an Italian car show, a Ducati motorcycle show, and more. Event highlights also include a Celebrity Cheese Building Contest for Charity on Sunday July 16 at 2 p.m. and a live performance by Sal Valentinetti, a finalist on “America’s Got Talent,” Season 11 on Saturday, July 15 at 8:30 p.m.

New this year, Galbani® cheese partners with JVMP Food Sculpture to create a 3ft. replica of the Leaning Tower of Pisa made of Galbani® Mozzarella, String Cheese, and Ricotta cheeses. Come watch the iconic structure evolve over the course of the four days and stop by the Galbani® tent Sunday afternoon to take photos of the final masterpiece.

Join Galbani® cheese, Italy’s favorite cheese brand, for its 19th consecutive year as title sponsor of the Galbani® Buffalo Italian Heritage Festival. From July 13th-16th at Buffalo’s Outer Harbor. Daily ticket prices for the festival are $5 per person; $2 for seniors 62 and older with ID; and free for Veterans with ID and children 12 and younger. Also, new this year, a special Festival Weekend Pass is available for $15. Admission will be free to the festival on Thursday, July 13 and Friday, July 14 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. each day.
