Unleash your own inner superhero at the event, come dressed as your best super hero, whether it's a popular character, or one you create on your own. Participants may register as either individuals or as teams, and prizes will be awarded for best running times in the race, and for the best costumes.

In addition to awards for the top 3 men and women in various age group running categories, there will also be prizes for best team and individual costumes. We are offering wonderful fundraising prize incentives, for both teams and individuals. Check out the fundraising section of the website for more information on these prizes.

After the race, the party begins, with the band Flipside, food, beverages, and fun for both kids and adults. This event is very family friendly.

In its 29th year, this event is sure to be the biggest, and most fun it’s ever been. Celebrate the strength and diversity of the mental health community of Western New York.
