Prints, sculptures and murals at New York City artist Cassandra's first exhibit in Buffalo NY, at The Buen Vivir Gallery. Her debut exhibit in the Queen City is called Soulja, and is an ode to her education at the National School of painting, sculpture and printmaking in Mexico City. Latin Culture is prominently displayed throughout the Soulja exhibit as an extension of Cassandra's permanent collection in the Leslie-Lohman's Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art. There are also themes and imagery of homosexuality and feminism within the Soulja exhibit. Cassandra explains the soulja exhibit is  "a tribute to sisterhood as well as an erotic, magical Sapphic dream of flight and liberation for the freedom to love"
