USTA Eastern’s Sets in the City Buffalo will begin on Wednesday, July 12 from 6 - 8 p.m. at West Seneca East Senior High School in West Seneca, N.Y. The social tennis league is for young adults to start or continue playing tennis in an exciting, yet relaxed atmosphere.

The cost is $60 per player for a six-match season. The cost also includes the facility fee, tennis balls, a player gift and player party to be held at the end of the season. All matches will be played on Wednesday nights, and USTA membership is not required.

“Sets in the City is a great opportunity for young adults to meet new people,” Samantha Chin, USTA Eastern’s manager of youth and adult programs said. “It’s a fun environment, where people of all tennis abilities are welcome.”

Sets in the City follows the World TeamTennis format, therefore each team match consists of: one women’s doubles, one men’s doubles, one women’s singles, one men’s singles and two mixed doubles. All players should be between 21 and 40 years old.
