As I strolled through the Elmwood Village Saturday afternoon I couldn't help but be proud of the sights and sounds I heard coming from scattered porches throughout the area.

Buffalo Porchfest in its second year was a huge success, and this community driven music event should be around for years to come.

Each house has its own unique way of welcoming guests to their property; whether it was the delicious jambalaya at the Daley house at 50 Ripley, or the awesome spread and cozy fire pit at 568 Richmond, there was something for everyone.

Cheers to the Elmwood Village Association for organizing a wonderful community event that brings together great local music, remarkable architecture, and hometown Buffalo spirit. Enjoy our original video below, and check out our full photo gallery here.
