Free Seminar – Preventing Falls with At-Home Exercises

Members of the community are invited to a free seminar titled Preventing Falls with At-Home Exercises on Wednesday, August 30 at 10 am at the Hamburg Senior Center, 4540 Southwestern Blvd, Hamburg.
The seminar will featured guest speaker Carlen Koons, PT, DPT, WCC from Autumn View Health Care Facility who will talk about exercises and equipment that can help individuals live safe, independent lives in the community.
Seating is limited. Reservations can be made at the Senior Center’s fitness desk or by calling Amy McKnight at 648-2450 ext. 2145.
