A special evening that can't be missed, we're excited to announce our next NYBP Beer Pairing Dinner: Exotic game paired perfectly with fresh, local Craft! Our beer pairing dinners historically sell out, so don't miss then chance to get tickets for this four course culinary journey!  

Registration begins at 6:30pm with your Complimentary Welcome Beer, your dining experience begins promptly at 7pm.  

Course One - Exotic:

Bison Tartare, bison tenderloin served rare on crisp baked crostini, topped with Destination IPA pickled jalapeños, whole grain mustard, tarragon, and an EVOO drizzle

Course Two - Ageless:

Roasted Pheasant, served with our NYBP Maids a Milkstout Demi glacé, alongside ancient grains and fresh carrots

Course Three - Wild:

Pan Seared Elk Steak, seared with the trinity of garlic, thyme, and shallots, with the accompaniments of apple fennel celery slaw and house roasted parsnip purée

Course Four - Entertaining:

Beer Project Grasshopper Pie, fluffy peppermint marshmallow filling in a delicious house baked chocolate crust, served with a real chocolate covered grasshopper!
