On Saturday, September 27th, the Elmwood Village Association invites community members to come out for the Elmwood Village 20 Block Bash in celebration of the Elmwood Village Association’s 20th anniversary. This four hour street party will take place on Elmwood Avenue between W. Utica St. and Hodge Ave. from 6:00-10:00 p.m. closing the block to traffic throughout the duration of the event and focusing community attention on the blocks that led the Elmwood Village’s resurgence twenty years ago. The event will be hosted in association with Niagara District Councilmember David Rivera.
