Empire State Wrestling (ESW) returns to the St. Johnsburg Fire Hall, 7165 Ward Road, North Tonawanda, New York on Saturday, March 25 after setting a venue attendance record at its January event. The card will feature current Ring of Honor (ROH) star Lio Rush and Impact Wrestling’s DJ Zema Ion. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. with a bell time set for 6:00 p.m. Tickets are $20 for front row, $15 for second row and $12 for general admission. All tickets increase $3 at the door.

Rush is one of wrestling’s most exciting lightweight wrestlers. He is most famous for winning ROH’s 2016 Top Prospect Tournament. He’s also wrestled for notable independent promotions such as Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW) and Evolve.

DJ Zema Ion (a.k.a. DJZ) is a two-time TNA Impact Wrestling X-Division Champion. He is set to face North Tonawanda’s high flying sensation Kevin Bennett, who is fresh off a victory against independent wrestling star J.T. Dunn at the last event.

The event will also feature the return of two international stars to ESW as Space Monkey and Canadian star Ethan Page will be in action. Space Monkey comes back to ESW after winning the prestigious Chikara Young Lions Cup on National Pro Wrestling Day.

Rounding out the show, several of Western New York’s premier wrestlers will be showcased, including ESW Heavyweight Champion Bill Collier who successfully defended his title against former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar Trent Barretta at the January event.
