Join us for a Mardi Gras Beer dinner featuring New Belgium Brewing at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28.
Dinner includes 4 beers with 4 courses for $55 (gratuity included). Dinner is served at 6:45pm.
Course 1: Quinoa salad with honey citrus vinaigrette, paired with De Koninck Ale
Course 2: Citrus-brined bourbon glaze pork belly, paired with Le Terroir Sour
Course 3: Creole shrimp pasta, paired with Voodoo Ranger Imperial IPA
Course 4: King Cake bread pudding with salted caramel ice cream, paired with 1554 Black Lager
A representative from New Belgium will attend to talk about the beers and will have giveaways!
