Practical Tips for Caring for Individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and other related Dementias.

The free workshop will be hosted by Chris Roche, Certified Dementia Practitioner and Trainer®. He will provide education, practical tips for managing behaviors and improving communication with individuals with Alzheimer's Disease and other related Dementias. We will provide a Q&A session where participants can ask specific questions and get answers.

About the Trainer:

Chris Roche serves as the Clinical Director for Venture Forthe, a regional leader in home care services. Chris has a background in psychology and has worked with both children and adults with disabilities for over 20 years. He has provided direct care to individuals, while acting as a Community Integration Counselor, Independent Living Skills Trainer and Behavioral Specialist.

Chris has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Buffalo, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Dementia Practitioner and Trainer.
