This Spring on Lincoln Parkway, an entire house makeover is happening behind the scenes at the 2015 Junior League's Decorators Show House. A 6,600 square foot Arts and Crafts style home and its carriage house have been chosen for the biennial event where local designers each bid on rooms to transform for public tours. This year's house is at 164 Lincoln Parkway, adjacent to the back of the Albright Knox Art Gallery.

Known a The Edward H. Webster House, the home was built circa 1907-08 and will feature more than 40 individual spaces for the public to see when it opens April 25th including the home's third floor, the entire carriage house, and several outdoor spaces. This year designers include both locally well-know design firms and several new designers. These before pictures show the kitchen, third floor rooms, and some of the interesting architecture in the carriage house.

The show house is supported by local businesses including The Buffalo News, Wegmans and First Niagara. The revenue generated by the show house benefit a local community organization.

Tickets can be purchased in advance and are $20. You can get them online at jlbuffalo.org or at the Junior League offices at 45 Elmwood Avenue. Tickets are $25 starting April 25th.
